Nathan Berndt is an entrepreneur and a leader in relationship building, known for his ability to forge strong and long-lasting connections. He is the co-owner and President of Indeed Brewing Company, which he co-founded in 2012. Indeed Brewing operates a production brewery and taproom in Minneapolis, and a taproom and R&D operation in Milwaukee.
Before founding Indeed Brewing Company, Nathan worked as a photojournalist, photo editor, and web producer at the St. Paul Pioneer Press for nine years. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and nearly completed his teaching licensure for middle and high school earth science. Nathan is a member of the CEO Roundtable, a peer group focused on experience sharing and best practices for business owners and CEOs.
Originally from Grand Forks, ND, Nathan has lived in St. Paul for over 20 years with his wife, Nancy. They have been married for more than 20 years and joined the Sunny Hollow community in 2016. Their two children, Frank (11) in Upper Elementary (Maple) and George (8) in Lower Elementary (Oak), attend Sunny Hollow Montessori.
