Ricci spent nine years in Atlanta building a middle school program at a small, progressive school and falling more in love with the wild world of adolescence along the way. While her degrees are in Spanish and English Literature, she is passionate about learning across disciplines and is especially focused on helping students become the best versions of themselves. She believes everyone deserves to be seen and supported, celebrated and challenged.
Outside of school, Ricci can be found adventuring with her family (husband, son, and two ornery pups) or buried under a pile of books. Thrift stores, a good latte, travel, and outdoor walks bring her great joy.
